奇趣民俗艺术插画场景

Create a whimsical folk-art scene that combines the characters and settings of image into a unified, storybook-inspired illustration. The composition should feature both figures together in a {argument name="setting" default="vibrant art studio filled with playful doodle aesthetics"}, quirky {argument name="motifs" default="cat and bird motifs"}, and decorative floral patterns. Use a {argument name="palette" default="bold, fresh palette of teal, magenta, and sunny yellow"}, applying textured brush-like fills and soft, irregular outlines to give the piece an intentionally imperfect, handcrafted feel—as if sketched on white paper with paint pens and markers.
