cut-out animation style portrait of the person in the reference image, using flat layered paper textures, bold outlines, and simplified geometric shapes; replicate the person’s facial features, hairstyle, and expression accurately while stylizing them into a collage-like, handmade aesthetic; use soft shadows between layers to create depth, slightly exaggerated proportions for a playful look, and a minimal, clean background with muted pastel tones; ensure high contrast between layers, crisp edges, and a modern editorial feel
